E-Software Park is an organization under Khon Kaen University (KKU), the largest university in the northeast of Thailand. It has been established since 2003 with the aim to promote the growth of the Thai software industry by focusing in northeastern region of Thailand. The main missions of E-Saan Software Park are to:

* Promote and support those in the software industry by any means necessary.
* Attracting local and international partners to form a cluster of software-related businesses in northeastern region of Thailand.
* Free of charge services to the investors in the process of business establishment.
* Transfer of relevant technology for the software industry.
* Capability building for mature companies and incubation of new start-ups software entrepreneurs.
* Provide facilities of technical and business infrastructure and some office spare.
* Business and legal information service.
* Business match-making, Market enabling and networking functions.
* Seminars/conference/workshops.
* Funding coordination.
* Exhibition/trade events.
* Recruiting software professional for company

* Promote and support research and development on information and communication technology (ICT) by cooperating with all universities and other institutions in northeastern region of Thailand.
* Promote uses of IT, especially through the use of appropriate software, to all sectors of the economy to help increase productivity and competitiveness.
